-Depends on how long your I-130 is pending. If the I-130 pending is more than 3 years, the kid will be fine. Normally the I-130 needs 3 to 5 years to be approved for sponsoring siblings, so the kid has a good chance to be qualified for the immigration visa application as his/her mother's derivative status.
