我找的一个律师却告诉我不需要再次提交证明是ｅｘｅｍｐｔ的材料．不知道这是惯例还是这个律师自己的解释？

-Because USCIS has your employer's file at the first time applciation, it may be OK not to provide it again. Anyway, USCIS will not deny your applciation and if they need more information, they will send you RFE. But if you provide all the information, it will avoid any possible delay.
