刚来的小朋友，他不喜欢读现在的学校，吵着要转学`~~ 可是他刚来能转吗？？

-Yes, but he needs to report to the school who issued the I-20 first  for a couple of weeks and then, he can transfer the F1 to another school. Talk to the old school and the new school about this issue and ask them to help him out.

 

 因为他才15岁，我不知道f1 有没有规定说第一个学期能转学？？
