收到电邮已16天了，都想撞墙了。。

On August 23, 2010, we received this I130 IMMIGRANT PETITION FOR
RELATIVE, FIANCE（E）, OR ORPHAN, and mailed you a notice describing how
we will process your case. Please follow any instructions on this
notice. You will be notified by mail when a decision is made, or if
the office needs something from you. If you move while this case is
pending, please use our Change of Address online tool to update your
case with your new address or contact our customer service center at
1-800-375-5283.

前天一看就发现
On September 2, 2010, your document I130, IMMIGRANT PETITION FOR
RELATIVE, FIANCE（E）, OR ORPHAN was processed and mailed to the address
on record. If you have not received it within 30 days of September 2,
2010, contact customer service at 1-800-375-5283. If you move while
your case is pending, please call our customer service center at
1-800-375-5283.

Your Case Status: 后面竟然没东东了！！ 打电话去就只是叫我等。。。

1.我现在还没收到收据（文件在CSC），但有WAC开头的号码，钱也扣了，是不是我的材料有问题呢？

2.收到电邮已16天，如果按3－5天算的话，我就杯具了。。。问题在哪呢？是不是再邮寄一次130
