我母亲已顺利地得到签证，并将于11月来美。我打算在她在美期间帮她申请绿卡，据说这样比人在中国快。我就希望她能在来美前把需要在中国办的证明都办好，我的问题是：
1。我现在所知到的只有她的出生证明公证，
还需要无刑事犯罪证明吗（她已72岁）

2。我出生证明是13年前公证的（证明我们的母女关系），还有效吗？
-You had better 办理“户口本公证”to prove your family relationship with your mother because your 出生证明 was got when you were mature. So, sometimes USCIS may ask you to provide secondary evidences. If you do not have "户口本”, you may ask the local Government/Security Department in China to give your mother a
证明 to 证明your的母女关系 and then do the 公证 of this 证明. If you can not get this 证明 from the Chinese Local Government/Security Department, you may ask some old friends/relatives to 开一个私人证明 to 证明your的母女关系.
