请教皮匠老师：i130递后可以回国吗？

皮匠老师：

i am green card holder. my spouse is H1B. I am trying to submit I-130 for her. Can she travel to China after I submit I-130? second question, can I submit I-130 concurrently with I-485? Appreciate your help.
