my current hold H-1B working for one company, becasue other company wants me do something with pay by contract basis, How to deal with the status,any problems with it during the status of H-1B? PLEASE ADVICE
-You can not work for another company (part time or full time) unless that company also file the H1 peition for you. If you do it, you are out of status (illegal work).
