回复：婚姻绿卡已递交了，单位又要递交PERM,有问题吗？

婚姻绿卡的3张表-130，485，765都上去了，收到收据了；
雇主和请的律师也终于把材料准备齐了，要递交perm。
是否该让perm等一等呢？

-无矛盾. But you have already filed the GC application using family based category, why do you still ask your employer to waste the money and energy to file another application? If your marriage is true, you should have no probelm to get the GC within one year and it is not necessary to file another application.
