回复：请教关于办＂中美合资＂企业的知识

我在美国生活工作，有绿卡。国内的长辈想用我的名义在中国办＂中美合资＂企业，可以用很少的钱买到很好的地。

这有两个问题： １。我不是公民，持绿卡算是＂中美合资＂吗？

２。办这种企业对我有什么要求？比如这企业要和我在美国的工作不一样，不然我公司会不会不同意（INTEREST CONFLICT）。
- you are supposed to be a share holder
even if you work for the new company, it is not business of your current employer unless you have agreement with them otherwise
