Q1:
We went to Inforpass yesterday, the IO told us our case has been touched several days ago. What this will mean to us?
Q2:
And, a USCIS director in TSC told me through phone that our case was assigned to a officer in NSC on 08-19-2010 (last Thursday). The director in TSC helped me by sending the officer in NSC a email to ask her/him to work on our case ASAP. How helpful do you think this email will be?
