请问知情者，

1.如果在EAD pending其间不可以工作，什么情况下是算不工作？我可以用我的sick days 在家休息，paycheck是照常发？
-Fine, but you had better ask the employer to give you letter that you did not work during this period of time in case USCIS ask this issue later.

还是不工作，不领薪？
-Fine.

2.是等拿到EADcard,再回去工作？
-Fine.
还是uscis email 通知 card production,就可以回去工作？
-Also fine as long as your employer has no problem about that (accept your email as the evidence).
