Yes if it possible to avoid future problem

Some attorneys recommmend that H4 dependents do not tranfer as long as hte H1-B is still kept. From my expeirence, the best way is to transfer everyone together if possible. If H1-B gets a stable job, the $$$ cannot be saved, since H4 will expire before H1-B, so they have to renew H4 anyway.
