The are tw types of address change: one if the resident address change, another is the case communication address change which can be the resident address. You need to call USCIS to make sure your case communication address (e.g. I-140, I0485, EAD. AP etc.) has been changed in the USCIS system besides filing AR-11 online. If you only change the resident (home) address, not change the case communication address (even if this address is the same as the home address), the post office will return your USCIS correspondences to USCIS if the post office can not find you in the old address.
