回复：正在帮父母申请绿卡,请问谁是APPLICANT,谁是PETITIONER?

我觉得我是PETITIONER,我父母是APPLICANT.对吗?谢了.
-For I-130, you are the petitioner, your father or mother is the beneficial, no "applicant" when you file I-130. For I-485, your father or mother is the applicant, no " petitioner/beneficial" when they file I-485.
