Help: 有关移民加拿大移民的问题

本人情况：已婚，有一个小孩（7岁），自己一个人在美国,master。
如只办自己一个人移民，有什么需注意的？是否还需要小孩和spouse的出生公证，护照复印件，以及spouse的无犯罪公证，工作证明以及transcripts？
How to proof that I have fulfilled any obligation stated in custody agreements for child?
