instruction 上一会儿说按485收据的前三个字母如LIN，后面又说按所在的州，我是EB based 485 pending。困惑。我拜读了pjang老师的博客，写的是按字母，我有些担心因为instruction上说的按字母是否是EB based pending 485 ，还是其他category 的pending 485?
-Did your I-485 receipt has the 三个字母? If yes, just follow the instructions based on what the 字母 is. If there is not any 字母, send the I-131 to Chicago Lockbox. The other types of the I-485 receipt, send the I-131 based on where you live.
