I just received my H1 approval with I 94 attached today. I (AOS stutas) am working using EAD with my hu*****and's pending I485. My history was F2--->F1--->AOS. Now since the I94 attached, is it means that I don't need to go back to China to stamp my visa for working in h1 instead of EAD(AOS)?
