公司要除名，紧急EAD renewal问题

EAD expires 8/25/2010

1. 未到90天，可以申请infopass吗？网上就可以schedule，但是去了会被turn down吗？Received date, 5/28(82 days as of today), notice date 6/5 ( 74 days as of today)

2. 上星期打了电话要求expediate service，工作人员说2-5天会有消息。今天第５天。没有任何消息，没有 expediate service的request receipt, email。是自动被turn down了吗？turn down会有notice出来吗？

公司的美国律师说到过期还没消息只能把我从paypal上除名。还有其他什么办法吗？用PTO，unpaid leave他们都不肯。说法律规定是没卡其间不能成为任何公司的雇员，不拿钱也不行。
