The online status before "post decision activity" is RRF received. Seems "card production ordered" is next step after :post decision activity", therefore I don't know whether the card has been ordered or not. However, when I read the welcome letter, it says a new card will be mailed to me and I should expect its' arrival with 3 weeks. Kind of confused, normally do we get a "card producation ordered or mailed" before we actually get the card? Thanks.
