questions for parent's GC application

Need your experience. Here's my situation:both my dad and parents in law are in China. I want to apply GC for my dad, but my job is not stable, I may lose my job before submit support for my dad's GC , can I ask my hu*****and to support? Meanwhile, my hu*****and wants to apply GCs for his parents due to their visitor visa was rejected couple of times before. I want to know if we apply GCs for them at the same time, will support be a problem in case my hu*****and needs to support all 3?
