急问， F4在美国denial, 怎么办？

denial 信是这样， “The record reflects you claim eligibility for derivative status as the child of xxx, who will receive permanent residence upon arriving in the US. However, the record reflects that xxxx was not scheduled to enter the US until July 29,2010 and therefore, had not received permanent residence status when you filed Form I-485. As xxxx was not inspected or admitted into the US as of April 4, 2010, there was no qualifying immigrant status upon which you could derive permanent resident status."
