想请教一下呀， 我的亲属排期预计下个月到了，他们一般是9号10号放排期的，想现在准备好485等材料

问题是10月份排期是9月初公布的，但是如果排期到了，9月一公布就可以交了么？ 还是要等到10月份到达会好些？

有的人说，不用等到10月1日，先邮寄过去也可以，只是会被先放一边而已。
