收到SR的回复，说是指纹过期了，有人碰到这种情况吗？

我的绿卡本月初批了，并且已经收到卡。

老婆和我一起申请的485 （我为主申请人）.今天老婆收到Service Request的回复：
USCIS Sevice center records show that your fingerprint results have expired or a clearance has never been received. Fingerprints must be taken at the Application Support Center (ASC)in your area. When an appointment becomes available, you will be notified by mail when or where to report.

PD: 12/05/2005
Fingerprint 1st：08/30/2007
Fingerprint 2nd：10/30/2008

请问有人碰到这种情况吗？是不是只能坐等打指纹的通知了？
