第一次给父母延期.
写了一张支票$600, 注明是parents I-593费,今天收到据单,说check amount不对.我查了uscis,是$300一个人啊,是不是必须写2张支票,每张$300啊?大大给个答案啊,急!
-You made a mistake. Your parents only need to file one I-539 for both their B2 extension because they are the members of the same family and extend their B2 together at the same time. Of course, they only need to pay one I-539 filing fee of $300.
