假如我们不得不file out I-539 form,我想知道e-file和填在纸上的FORM差别大不大,迄今我只知道它们可能要去往不同的处理地点.
-No difference. Even if you efile, you still need to send the support documents to the address indicated on your efiled verification receipt immediately after efile. Print out the efiled verification receipt and enclose it with the support documents (put on the top).

如果填在纸,则相关的文件要寄往与我的I-797上标明的同一个处理中心,

而e-file则未必相同.
-Not the address as the paper file.

如何交费呢,
-When you efile, you need to pay the fee online during the efile using credit card or debit card, otherwise, you can not process the efile.

是否是将个人支票放入同一个信封即可?

如果e-filing,相关文件又如何提交呢?
-Send it to the address indicated on the efile verfication receipt.

还有就是,用我的H1 renew 的 receipt number,她们的H4 延期最长可以是多久呢?
