我的老婆孩子终于持H4来到美国.

现在出现了另外一个问题:
由于我当前的I-797上的截止日期是今年9月30日（我是2007年12月7日持H1来美工作的并始终没有离开美国.我的H1的第二个3年的延期申请还在处理当中.）,因此,本月14日她们入境时,I-94卡上的截止日期是9月2日.

请问,是否有便捷的方法延长她们在美国的合法居留期限（使她们在9月2日后还可以合法的与我在一起）?如果有,我们应该如何去做?
-Your wife and kid need to file I-539 for their H4 extension before their current H4 status/I-94 expires. If your H1 extension is still pending, reference the file number in their H4 extension application and enclose your H1 extension receipt. Please note that your wife and kid only need to file one I-539 for both their H4 extension and only need to pay one I-539 filing fee.
