Fine means need at least 2 months or not?
-It is OK to file it at least 2 months. , but not necessary (not good). As long as USCIS receive the extension application before the B2 I-94 expires, they are OK. Actually it is not good to file the B2 extesion applicaiton too early beucause USCIS may think your parents have already had the plan to stay in US for a longer time even before they came to US and thus, deny their B2 extension.
