I'm now H-4 with I-140 approved last year. Want to enroll a Ph.D programm as F-1 this Fall. Can I transfer ?
-If you are the primary applicant for the I-140 (either NIW or PERM I-140), your F1 application most likely will be denied due to the immigration intent.
