请教一下众位高手，是不是现在B2签证去加拿大或者墨西哥（不离开北美）再回来，拿不到新的I94了？

I539是不是至少要提前2个月寄出？

I539的filing fee是每人300，还是给父母申请延期一共300？
-Only need to file one I-539 for both your father and mother and only need to pay one filing fee (total $300).
