I don't think that unpaid leave could save me if USCIS want to strickly execute immigration law and regulation. Unpaid leave still couldn't prove termination if you work for the same comany. On that kind situation, maybe we could use 245k to protect us. If still didn't work, I just say that's God's plan, we need go back to our homeland.
