收到NVS的信要求D-3032

这是说明case已经进入领馆consular processing的程序了吗？因为NVS的信没提是 eb-1b 还是 eb-2。EB-2离current还早呢。我能assume this is referring to the approved Eb-1b case or I should call and make sure?
