到底怎样h1 transfer呀

是不是在填新的表的时候要写在新公司开始工作的时间，同一天失去在旧公司的H1身份？
本来想提前给2星期的辞职信，但旧公司肯定会piss off,说不定不给我那两个星期时间，那我中间的gap怎么办？要不就最后一天辞职，但不professional.
