需要吗? 我刚刚给我父母FILED上去的I-485.
-Your parents do not need it because they filed I-485 within US, but if they apply for the immigration visa in China, they need to provide this document.

即没有parents' certificates of non-criminal record.

也没有我的birth certificate
-USCIS may send you RFE for this unless you ahve provide the certificate of family relationship.
