我去年7月f1入境的， 上月刚结婚，我老婆用绿卡申请我 准备交130

问题是我明年1月要转系并转PHD，I20要改一下，好维持学生身份（还是要无移民倾向么），但问题是如果IO看见我刚拿了新的学生状态就交485（估计1月排期该到了）， 会不会说我是骗取了I20
-不会说我是骗取了I20, but your F1 transfer/extension may not be approved because you have the immigration intent (filing I-130). Thus, you may have a status problem if your PD is not current when you finish your MS study. So, your spouse had better not file the I-130 until you get the F1 extesion for the Ph.D. program.

-B2 is different from F1.
