请教法居士 for I-485 transfer

I filed my I-140s with EB1a, 1b and NIW, but my I-485 connected with EB-1b (outstanding reserach), all of them are pending now, can i change a job? or transfer my I-485 with connection to either EB1a or NIW? How can I do that?
