Based on your statement, it is not shown that 公司要解聘我 but rather than 马上回美国.

我在国内工作几个月了,现在怀孕准备生了孩子再回美国.公司给我两个选择,要么马上回美国,要么辞职.

因为公司规定我必须人在美国才算合法的工作.
