SR response

I have filed SR on Aug.2, 2010, and got this response by email today. What does this mean?


The status of this service request is:

Your application/petition is currently pending, when a decision has been made you will be notified in writing.

If you have any further questions, please call the National Customer Service Center at 1-800-375-5283.
