Hi there,

My friend has a re-hab clinic, need someone to take care day-to-day
admin stuff, also help for medical billing. Can my friend sponsor H-1 and hire another friend of mine?
-All "Yes" as long as your friend's clinic has the A Federal Tax ID is also known as an Employer Identification Number (EIN) (also call Federal Tax ID number) and has the ability to pay the H1 employee at prevail wage level.
