How come you say if I'm lucky, I can get travel document? What should I do? Do I need to provide his U.S passport to the consulate?
As far as I know, my kid is qualified for applying travel doc based on previous rule. I was confused about the current rule: as long as I have green card now, my kid has to apply china visa. Is that true?
