I (A Green card holder) am thinking to adopt my niece who is a Chinese citizen and currently lives in China (a Hague Convention country) and is nearly 15 years old.

According to the link you provided, getting a GC is more complicated in this case. If I choose to adopt her first, what kind of initial visa she needs to enter the US?
