公民入籍资格有一条：“I have resided in the district or state in which i am applying for citizenship for the last three months".这是指在所申请州住满三个月，

还是指最近三个月你都在所在州住呢？我的情况是已在所在州住满三个月，但是最近五个月我在中国住，不久前才回来，想马上递交公民申请，不知符不符合条件。
