Thanks for your help! But I can't find answer to my question in your blog:(
Probably I didn't express my idea clearly. My questions are:
1. If my H1b petition is rejected during my grace priod( the 60 dys after OPT), how my grace period is counted? For example, my grace period starts from Sep1,my case is rejected on Sep 15. How long grace period do I have?
2. If my H1b petition is rejected during my grace priod, could I change my status to H4? From Jerry Zhang's website, it said NO.
