and estimate for non-used quota from other categories (EB1, 4, and 5).

Demand: China and India 2006 and prior: less than 3000

Supply: the non-used quota from other categories (this is allocated usally in Aug or Sep each year) will be about 30K, which is more than enough to move India and China to mid 2007.
