还有两点糊涂:
(1) D部分 Other information 其它情况
1. If separate petitions are also being submitted for other relatives, give names of each and relationship.

如同时为其他亲属申请（指放在同一个信封中邮寄），请给出姓名和亲属关系（给父母同时交 I-130 时，答 Yes; ).

问题: 给父母同时交 I-130 时, 他们的I-130不是分别放在两个信封中的吗? 到底填YES,还是NO呢?

(2) C 部分的22项, 问到If your relative is not eligible for adjustment of status, he or she will apply for a visa abroad at the American consular post in:

问题: 我父母会在美国等绿卡,这里要填 GUANGZHOU, PRC(中国广州), 还是空着不填?
