加拿大公民也没有I-94
-You need to get the I-94 dependent on your spouse's status e.g. H4, TD, etc. at the port of entry aso that you can be qualified for I-485 filing.

还有，加拿大公民在过了6个月以后是什么身份阿？
-Illigal stay out of status if you entered US without I-94.
