Please help with my 485

My 485 was approved on JUNE 18th, but I was asked for the finger print. I did that on July 30th. At the same day, I got email from USCIS, found my case went back to the initial review. What's wrong with that. I tried to call them, It looked like I coudn't get touch with representive. What shoud I do next?
