我已经为爸妈递交I130。移民局要求提供出生证明或其它文件证明我和父母的关系。我的出生证明是2002年公证的。可移民局认为是一个延期的注册。如何办理移民局认可的出生证明？恳求各位高人指点。下面是I797内容：


I-797E, Request for evidence.
Upon review of the petition and supporting documentation, it has been determined that additional evidence regarding the birth of xxxxxx(me) be ted. The petitioner has ted a birth certificate that has a delayed registration of approximately 35 years. As such,


the petitioner is required to the secondary evidence to establish the claimed biological relationship.
-Ask 街道委员会，派出所，或乡镇委员会开个证明 to prove the family relationship between your parents and you. Or just simply ask someone (friend, relative with old age) in your hometown to write a letter to prove the relationship. Then, 去公证处 to notarize such a 证明 or letter. Then you can use it as the evidence.

Of course, if you still have the old 户口本 which shows your family members including you, then you can notarize the 户口本 as the evidence.
