急问: 劳工卡更新, 已过90天

EAD更新, 90天已过. 去了当地移民局说不管, 也不知道临时卡在哪儿申请或有没有,只叫自己写信给移民局询问. 现在的卡马上就要过期了.公司以告知无卡不能工作. 请指教.
