收到renew的EAD卡后，想换工作

现在是485pending 180天后了，刚收到renew的EAD卡，现在要换工作，有几个疑问：
新employer需要重新贴广告么？重新招聘么，会否被audit，因为经济不景气，新的employer会否被移民局审查，为何不雇用美国人之类的？
new employer 需要file什么文件？
只用新的EAD就可以了么，再到期怎么办，用新的employer申请么？
原有的485pending, 和新的employer 有什么关系么？
