我现在是 H1身份。即便是我办了绿卡，办了I-765，用了AP回国了，也可以保持我的H1，对吗？
-You can work without EAD, but your status will be paorlee for one year, then AOS. Of course you can reinstate your H1 any time.

如果我没有交824。我的485批了，我也用过AP回过国了，他们还能试试H4签证吗？
-You had better get the H1 visa to come back so that they can get the H4 visa.

-Of course it is much easier to get an H4 visa than B2 because H4 visa is dual intent (allow immigration intent).
